Winter Tour In Kosovo

Day 1: Pristina Airport - Prizren, Kosovo (1h: 70 km)

Meet our guide at Pristina Airport and drive to Prizren, the cultural capital of Kosovo. Surrounded by mountainous landscapes, discover the old Ottoman center of the city, where the Lumbardhi River flows. Its cobbled streets and tea rooms in the old bazaar give Prizren a unique Ottoman charm, along with its three nearby religious sites: the Sinan Pasha Mosque, the Orthodox Cathedral of Saint George, and the Catholic Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

Day 2: Prizren - Prevalla - Ski Touring, Kosovo (45 min: 30 km)

After breakfast, drive to the village of Prevalla and receive a briefing for the day. Begin your ski touring week in the Sharr Mountains and enjoy beautiful pine forest landscapes. Around noon, reach Mount Konjushka at an altitude of 2,550 meters, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the region. After a break and photo stop, begin your ski descent back to Prevalla.

Day 3: Ski Touring, Kosovo

After breakfast, continue exploring the Sharr Mountains. Depart from your hotel and begin the ascent toward Lake Jazince, located at 2,200 meters above sea level. Known as the coldest lake in Kosovo, enjoy a lunch break in this scenic setting. Then begin a superb ski descent of 1,000 meters.

Transfer to Brezovica, the largest ski resort in Kosovo, and check in to your hotel.

Day 4: Ski Touring, Kosovo

After breakfast, head to the ski slopes of Brezovica Resort. Begin the ascent toward Lake Livadh, located at 2,173 meters above sea level, for a well-deserved break. Continue to the summit of the day, Mount Piribreg (2,500 meters). Then begin your descent and return to the same hotel.

Day 5: Ski Touring, Kosovo

After breakfast, explore the peaks of Brezovica once again. Begin your ascent to Black Rock, located on the border with North Macedonia. At 2,520 meters above sea level, it is the highest peak in the Brezovica ski area. After a lunch break, enjoy a magnificent descent back to Brezovica. Then transfer to Prevalla.

Day 6: Ski Touring, Kosovo

After breakfast, enjoy a shorter day of skiing. Set off for a descent toward the village of Mushnikovo, located at 950 meters, while taking in the scenery. Then continue to “Stanet e Struzes,” an isolated refuge in a charming valley, and drop off your luggage. Spend the afternoon at leisure and enjoy a traditional dinner.

Day 7: Ski Touring, Kosovo

After breakfast, drive to the starting point of your hike at an altitude of 1,400 meters. Prepare for your final day of ski touring and begin the ascent to Scarpa Summit, located at 2,470 meters above sea level. Enjoy your last lunch break and photo stop while taking in the stunning landscapes. Then begin your descent on skis.

Transfer to Prizren in the afternoon. Enjoy your final evening reflecting on an unforgettable week of adventure.

Day 8: Prizren - Pristina Airport, Kosovo (1h: 70 km)

After breakfast, enjoy free time at your hotel until your transfer to the airport for your return flight.
