The Terzi Bridge


The Terzi Bridge or Tailors Bridge is an emblematic Ottoman-style construction dating from the end of the 15th century. century. 190 meters long, this bridge that linked the two trading towns of Gjakova and Prizren, was once the most long Kosovo bridge. During the 18th century, the corporation of tailors of Gjakova sponsored the reconstruction of the bridge, which explains its name.
